Flower Arrangers Buckets Terms and Conditions

Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent when an order is accepted and confirmed.

On confirmation of an order a 35% deposit is to be paid. Any outstanding balance is due at least 2 weeks prior to the collection date of the flowers. Flowers will not be cut for orders with outstanding balances.

Product

Flower Arrangers buckets are picked to match the agreed upon colour scheme. No specific blooms or foliage are guaranteed.

All foliage and flowers picked for your order will be conditioned prior to collection. No responsibility is accepted once flowers have been received by you. And no responsibility is taken for subsequent care, treatment or longevity of the flowers.

Alterations

Alterations will be considered where suitable and reasonable and when sufficient notice is given – minimum of 2 weeks prior to order. No guarantee is given for requests to increase orders at short notice.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled with more than  2 weeks notice, but the 35% deposit will be retained. Any additional paid balance will be returned.

Orders cancelled within 2 weeks of the collection date forfeit the paid balance.

Delivery/Collection

Collection is the default for our flower arrangers  buckets.  

Delivery will be considered for local orders but subject to a delivery fee and must be agreed upon at least 2 weeks before the collection/delivery date.  

When collecting your order, please bring clean buckets with you to transfer your flowers into.

Photographs

Photos may be taken of the buckets of flowers for use on our website or social media. No personal details will be included in these posts without permission
